Logging on

You need to log on to the Dedicated Server Manager in order to manage your web site(s). You need to know your username and password to successfully log on - please refer to your server administrator if you do not know this information.

To log on:

  1. Open a browser window and enter one of the following URLs:

    • https://yourdomain.com:3500 (secure HTTPS access )

    • https://www.yourdomain.com:3500 (secure HTTPS access )

    You can use the following URL as a shortcut:  http://username:password@www.yourdomain.com:3500. However, your browser may display your password visibly, which can be a security risk. Use at your own convenience and risk.

  2. Enter your user name and password in the User Name and Password fields and click on the OK button. If your password and login is correct you will be taken to the Administration page for your Domain / site.

 

Logging off

You should always log off from Dedicated Server Manager. This explicitly ends your session and increases security.

To log off:

  1. Click on the button at the top of the screen.

  2. You have now logged out of Dedicated Server Manager.
