Mailbox quota
A mailbox quota is a size limitation, in megabytes, on the amount of email stored online for a particular email address. Mailbox quotas are always on - if you do not want a particular address to be restricted, remove any number from the mailbox quota. Email that arrives at a mailbox that is full is automatically rejected.
To change a mailbox quota on an email account or address:

Click on the Mail link in the navigation area.

Click on the [Details] link next to the required email address.

Enter the size of the mailbox in the Mailbox Size field and the maximum number of emails that will be stored in the Number of Messages field.

Click on the Change link.
